I encourage every contestant to get their body fat tested, get measurements done and to take a before picture. The winner is not necessarily the person who loses the most weight. Inches, and bodyfat percentage are also taken into consideration. Also, men lose weight more easily than women and heavier contestants are more likely to lose more weight as well.
There are 2 phases in the fighter's weight-cut program. First is a 7week fat-loss plan. This is the portion of the plan we will be focusing on. The rest of the weight-loss for fighters is a water-cut.
Water weight will come right back as soon as you drink. Fat, however, will only come back if you EAT IN EXCESS!! If you go back to eating the way you were before; you WILL go back to the weight you were before.
You can expect a custom macronutrient profile based off of your height/weight/age/bodyfat %/gender/lifestyle. (Macronutrients are carbs/fats/proteins) We will go over a new way to look at food and design meals based off your numbers.
You can also expect to be drinking a lot of water to facilitate your weight-loss!
Most clients after 2 weeks report finding a groove and feeling much better. After 4 weeks most clients report clothes feeling loose and baggy. The last 2 weeks is where we separate the solid, but our average results from AMAZING transformations!
